Shipping policy

We take orders a day in advance for next day, Need it today? Order before 3 PM and choose same-day pickup or delivery, subject to availability. Orders placed after 3 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery, or you can select a later delivery date that works better for you.

The order will be delivered anytime between the time slot chosen; we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time since we use third-party logistics. For urgent or time-sensitive orders, pickup is the best option for greater timing flexibility.

If you are ordering for someone else as a surprise, please put in a reachable contact number for logistics to coordinate delivery.

In case of inevitable weather conditions or festive/operationally heavy days, we might face delays. We will keep you posted in any such scenario and seek your cooperation during such circumstances.
